Spring has definitely sprung all across the country. Many of us can attest to that through our fight with the annual pollen that drives our allergies crazy. Despite that, I love spring. It’s a clear sign of fresh and new that can be carried over into many aspects of our lives. For me this Spring has brought about the beginning of a very big change. I’m moving from North Carolina to Washington state and I’ve been going back and forth quite a bit as I find a house, help my daughter get settled into her new school, and begin the arduous process of packing up the house I have lived in for thirteen years.
It seems odd to be leaving my beloved South after so many years, but I’ve always enjoyed change and I always look forward to a new adventure. Often times my adventures take place between the pages of a book I’ve written or read but sometimes it’s necessary for me to experience adventure in my real life. It’s those times I’ve been known to make radical changes.
Join the military, travel out of the country, rock climb national parks, go white water rafting, ride in race cars, leave a safe corporate america job for self employment… You get the idea. 
With so many possibilities in the air during Spring, I hope you’ll find your perfect adventure whether it be between the pages of the books you’ll be introduced to during this event or right in your own backyard.

I love spring because my boys can get outside to play. They are much happier when they get to run and yell and just be little boys. I also love opening up the windows to let fresh air back in the house. Thanks for taking parting the hop. I hope I win!

Yeah, I’m the first one here. Not sure where you are moving in WA but I’ve been there, my hubby was stationed there in the Seattle Area. Watch out for the wildlife when your girl is standing waiting for the bus. My girlfriend drove her kids after seeing a bear in her neighborhood when the kids where waiting for the bus and my hubby went out at night to see why the dog was having a fit and cornered a mountain lion slinking through the bushes next to the house.

Usually what I like about spring is the warming temperatures, but like most of the country, we never really had a hard frost or a cold winter. What I am like this spring is trying to garden from seeds with my teenager..it’s a trial and error but great quality time!

Spring is great because everything comes back to life. Color is added to your life.
Spring is my favorite because of the cooler temperatures, the world is awakening clothed in green, in purple and in tulips. I love the lilacs in bloom with their sweet scent hovering.

What I love about spring are complied of maybe two things, and don’t look at me funny when I finish lol. First being the colors of the blooms. It’s something about bright colors that really lighten up a person’s day. It’s definitely not hard to notice the beauty around you during the spring, or my second reason.
The birds. Including my parakeets.
There’s nothing like accidentally waking up to chirping only to find out my baby bird (not really a baby) was in the process of making our new flock…..(albeit loudly)
It’s the funniest, loudest, most disgusting thing i’ve ever encountered and It would have you in tears laughing, but seeing the speckled eggs chip open from a season mating as two tiny beedy little eyes stare at you is incredible. I love the life spring brings even at the cost of my sleep! loolol
What I love about Spring is definitely the smell of cut grass and warm air, seriously the smell of warm clean air, I love it!

I like getting out and walking around town when it’s pleasant and beautiful in the Spring it’s not too hot yet and if you’re lucky a cool breeze will occasionally welcome you if you do get a little warm.
I also love looking at the trees as they blossom for the first time since last Spring, some of the trees close to our neighborhood smell very intriguing about this time of year!

what i love about spring, hmmmm, what isn’t there to love. being from the south, we don’t have much of a winter. but i hate winter so there fore spring here is more like summer. and that is what i love about spring.
I like that the birds have returned back from where ever they went…I like watching the pretty little songbirds eat from the bird feeders in my backyard each morning. However, I’m not so fond of the allergies that come along with Spring…so, will be VERY happy when Summer is finally here! Thx for the AWESOME giveaway op!

I love spring for its crazy weather. One day we can have 70s and sun with the next day being 40s and snow.
here in mo we did not have winter this year but the storm are still coming and bad but spring is here and hot all ready my plant are doing great
My favorite thing about spring is the bright colors. I love the flowers blooming, the bright green grass and leaves on the trees. I really love wild flowers, all the colors and smells, there so pretty!
