When it comes to the topic at hand, Angels or Demons, I must admit I lean towards the demons. Although I have heard some delicious rumors about fallen angels and Castiel on Supernatural is by far one of my favorite TV characters.
But I write demons and in particular one crazy blonde, red leather wearing, AC/DC loving demon named Melody.
I’m talking about my book called Dirty Deeds. It’s been out of print for a while now but I’ve been working hard at getting it ready for re-release and you can expect it to hit retailers by July 4th, fireworks and all.
Today I’d like to give you the exclusive first look at the new cover, designed by the always fabulous Mina Carter.
And a couple of snippets from the upcoming release of Dirty Deeds:
“I tried to tell you I wasn’t cut out to be a soul-sucking bitch.” Melody cast her gaze down, evading her boss’s compelling eyes, afraid of the look. A summons to the depths of hell for an impromptu job performance review wasn’t her idea of fun.
and another:
“Oh Christ, Melody, I can feel your heat. You need me, baby.” His lips slanted over hers, crushing her with his hot mouth. Devouring her. His hand fumbled with the key code lock, all the while continuing his exploration of her mouth. The door broke free and Melody tumbled backward into the room. He wrapped his firm muscular arm around her waist, catching her before she fell to the floor.
